Thinking about selling my GS-R for a non vtec prelude?????
My friend brought this car up from Cali, the current set up on the car is as follows:
engine:
dc ceramic header
rs akimoto intake
thermal exhaust
gude cams and ecu
mild port n polish
slightly milled head
sx fuel pressure regulator
body:
vis racing extreme front bumber
wings west side skirts and rear bumber lip
all emblems shaved
painted a custom blue pearl
Susp:
eibach springs
onsuku 17's V5
falken 45 series z rated
It's a 93 prelude and the car has about 100thousand miles, but the engine is from a 95 and has about 55thousand.
The only thing that is keeping me from buying it is that it's someone else's project that is just about done with. I like to have
my project to start from scratch. Oh yeah he is selling it for 15 grand.

Hell no! Stay with your GSR. If it was a newer one, like a 97 or above 2.2 Vtec, then maybe it's a consideration. And like you said, it someone elses project. Why pimp someone elses ride. Mold the car to what you want.
Yeah I have been thinking for awhile, but not just about getting that prelude, but maybe start with another car. I love tegs so I think I will just pay it off and mod like crazy. The only thing tha sucks is I live in Alaska and there isn't no place to get parts except online or by calling around. Shipping sucks phat *** up here
dang bommie that time is impressive
anyways, back to original post, dont do it man!! $15 for someone's project is a lot, think what you can do to yor gsr w/ $15.

hell no.. Keep your GS-R. No way in the world would I trade a GS-R for a used non-VTEC Prelude. Even if it was modded up. Besides, you don't know what happened to that car, or how hard it was driven... Keep the GS-R!
