zc help needed
hey guys my zc is almost done, but i have a question..not tring to be an *** here, but if ya dont know for sure please dont reply..ok will or not..B-series rods fit into a dohc zc,using stock zc pistons.now i have heard that they will work.So please someone can you tell me this for sure..thanks ..Jay
They will work as long as you notch the bottom of the block clear the larger rods. With the larger rods, the path in which they rotate is going to be wider than the bottom of the block.
Check out this thread for some more info on the b16a rods in a d series and the budget toyota pistons/b16a rod combo for turboed d series engines.
