a zc ? that might make u laugh

ok i was at my house hanging out w/ some friends when this guy who lives in my neighborhood drove by and stopped to say whats up. but will call him stupid guy. so i started talking to stupid guy when he tells me that he is going to turn his 91 civic 4dr dx that is sitting on 17"'s w/no drop by the way into a right hand drive car. and then he starts saying that he is having a shop put in a dohc zc. but heres the funny thing well at least i think its funny. he says they are also putting a 93 gsr 1.7 head on the zc block and this is going to make it like a ls vtec. now first off is it really possible to do this kind of head swap. because i really don't know much about zc but i diffenately don't think this is going to happen for this guy and i already know his idea of the right hand drive civic is just stupid
