H&R vs. Neuspeed race

would anyone know the difference in spring rates for h&r race and neuspeed race springs is, if any? i know h&r used to make springs for neuspeed. anyone know where i can find info on spring rates of diff springs? i searched and could not find. the application would be for a 94-95 accord. thanks in advance.

I believe neuspeeds.. Neuspeeds are better all together.

i believe h&r's are slightly stiffer, not too much to make a big diffrence though, both handles great.

my H&Rs are extremely stiff with my koni sp3s. however, the handling is great.

Which H&Rs do you have, and which perch do you use with the sp3s?
