1996-2000 Civics: H&R Race Springs VS. Neuspeed Race Springs (Height, Ride, Rates)
Here are the specs for the rides
H&R Race -2.50F and -2.3R rates of 450F and 360R
Neuspeed Race -2.25F and -2.0R rates of 455F and 369R
As for the ride, does anyone know the ride of either of these or both? I have Koni Yellows and am looking forward to getting race springs. Height isnt that big of a deal, I had Neuspeed Race springs on my old EG with Koni Yellows and it handled awesome. Any Ek'ers have input? Thanks!

Well they both have almost indetical spring rate, so the ride on them is going to be pretty much the same.
Now H&R gives you more drop which I think is too much anyway.

thanks guys! yeah the spring rates look the same, heck even the springs themselves look the same except with different colors. I think I am gonna stick with the neuspeed race since i have had them before + the H&R's seem a little bit too low. Thanks again guys!
