Along with my father being an FBI agent he is screwed. He is a good member on here. I personally have not dealt with him, but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt to respond and let him explain his side of the story.

 

I have aim logs of this guy calling me a stupid ****** and all this other nonsense... I was just involved in a car accident, my car is currently 2 hours away and non functional. ive taken the bus, paying $2 each time, to UPS TWICE. THe first time I forgot hsi address. The second time they said it would be $62 to ship due to the fact they did not have a box big enough for the package. Because of this I've decided to use USPS.

Now, its been 2 weeks and this guy harasses me and calls me racist names every day on aim. I dont really know what to think, i told him to file a claim becuase I will win becuase I am going to ship it asap, its just difficult sometimes when life throws you curveballs.

He has now filed a claim but I do not care. I will ship it as I promised and provide the tracking #. Hopefully he can save himself some paypal fees by taking down the claim.

I have the item packaged and sitting next to me waiting to be shipped. I would have gone to USPS today but its POURING outside and I dont want to ruin the packaging at the bus stop.

Its been 2 weeks buddy, cut me a break. I cut you a break by waiting 2 weeks for your payment after your initial downpayment- I'd like the same courtesy.

Sounds totally reasonable.

Communication is the #1 thing in customer service. Tell your customer what's going on and I'm sure he'll be cool with it.

If not, then you'll never get your customer happy in the first place.

To the creator of this thread -- cut some slack. Don't go off posting on here that someone is a scammer, etc, etc, w/o proof of being.

 

Exactly, its been 2 weeks.

I was imed him telling him my situation a few times. I shouldnt have had to update him every single day 3 times a day like he wanted me to.

it will be shpped tomorow. please cancel the paypal filing to save me the hassle of having to deal with it. Ive had this happen before and you will get a bunch of fines. At first you may get your money but then will get your fines and I will get reimbursed.

why should he be banned for wanting an item he paid for? it's only right that he be upset. what if *u* paid for an item and didn't get it? i'm not on anyone's side but i would be upset too. lets not start the normal HT bandwagon and start hating on someone that is concerned with the money he spent.

First things first . 94goldjungsr Has not contacted me one time since i sent him my payment. I sent a 50 $ down payment the 23rd of last moneth and i sent the rest 3 days later on the 26th and i have the paypal invoice to prove it. The day i sent him the payment he promised he would ship it the next day or i never would have sold mine expecting him to send his. After 4 days I sent him an Im saying hi and he answered "DO NOT CONTACT ME UNTIL I CONTACT YOU" so I wait a week ad it still isnt here..its now going on 3 weeks. I asked a few people aboput him and the said he was reputable and a good guy so i felt confident about sending the money. Then the 3rd time i im This guy over a 2 week period he says "No i have not shipped it " i asked him just to send me an email or instant message telling me whats up because he had not contacted me ONE TIME. If he would just have told me his situation i would have understood but with him blowing me off and not contacting me it looks like hes a scammer. I H AVE NEVER ONCE HARRASED THIS GUY. I sent him an instant message and he said " I dont have time to chit chat with you you stupid ******* RIcer" Ive already recieved your info from paypal and I will file a police report as i had an fbi agent standing behind me during all of our conversations and read everything you wrote which was logged. Im glad you have been a member of this board for so long butyou are really childish person to deal with..

you sound so worried about the charge pipe, i think the problem lays not within the charge pipe, but your crack pipe - plz lay off. calm down, you'll have your chargepipe within a week, i will make sure of it that Sam lives up to his outstanding reputation.

Yes he just spoke with me very rationally for the first time and gave me his word he would ship it which is the first respectable thing this guy has done yet. And no i did not agree this was unfair as i was cursed out and called a "wigger"??
