Intake manifold /w turbo?
yes big difference if you are boosting adequate levels. If you are boosting stock trim turbo kits then there is no need. But if you boost way past stock there would be many choices of manifolds to use. You should see a gain in midrange and top end pwr by replacingthe stock one.
it all depends on what you are trying to do. The STR one is really good but kinda whack in the deisgn same as the venom one The nice tubular design with a rounded end camp wiht large runners is what you want. Something similar to JG but not as big for the Street Car.
I think the skunk2 is great for a street car. Hell, it's good on a race car too. I've seen a dynosheet pushing in excess of 475hp to the wheels on a B18c with a Skunk2 - unmodified.

Do I detect some sarcasm? : )
LOL
475 whp with a B18c and a s2 manifold! woo!
Hehe...all the dynoes ive seen...the skunk 2 did the opposite of what most mods do...it took HP, and traded it for torque, average of a 5 hp loss to a 15 lb/ft gain...which is generally what longer runners tend to do....this is on an FI car...

That had more to do with turbo size than the manifold itself. The T04B simply could not flow that well in the upper RPM band.
I seriously did see a dyno graph at 475HP where the Skunk2/ITR manifold was used. No sarcasm.
