turbo LS or turbo vtec?
I thought about getting a civic HB or an integra and doing a turbo. My question is which is better for boost applications? A LS motor or the B18C?
Thanks

I"m kinda confuse here but here goes, are you guyz all talkin this of a stock gsr motor? vs a stock ls motor? Wouldn't the ls be better? More boost and torque with a good bottom end. Any help would do thanks.
boost vs boost
GSR vs LS
If you have the same boost on both motors the GSR will make about 20-30 hp more. The LS ofcourse in stock trim can take up to 10psi easily if the fuel system is upgraded with a good high pressure pump. The GSR on the other hand is prone to detonation at that boost level do to its compression ratio. Overall the GSR will make more pwr at the same boost level. The LS will catch up if boosted higher.
