Default GSR Swap - Hesitation when cold

Just a quick question, I have a EG Hatch with a B18c Swap and everything is running great....except when its cold. For the first 10-20 minutes it'll have huge amounts of hesitation through 3-5k rpms...almost like its flooded w/ fuel or somthing...any suggestions on how to diagnose this?

Thanks!

Check your o2 sensor. On my Golf a few years ago I put in a non heated o2 and until car warmed up it ran like crap. After installing a heated one it ran fine. Also check cold start circuit of fuel injection system as indicated in manual.
