Are GSR rod bolts the same as the ITR rod bolts?

just wanted to know if anyone knows
part numbers
GSR: 13204-p72-oo3
ITR: 13204-p73-jo1
My mechanic reckons they're the same...any input would be much appreciated

They are not the same. GSR rod bolts are torqued in the standard fashion. ITR rod bolts are torqued using a torque angle guage.
