O2 sensor, IAC codes from P30. Speedo quit too. HELP

O2 sensor, IAC codes from P30. Speedo quit too. HELP

Got the oxygen sensor and IAC code on my 00 Si. The speedo works intermittently also. Something pops from the passenger side when you hit a bump. Axle is new on that side.

Anyone??
