Default bolts for eg seats

I bought an eg hatch lately and the front seats arent bolted in so i wanted to know if anybody knew what bolts they were so i could possibly go to the hardware store and get some...if anybody has other suggestions..let me know

Not sure right off the top of my head. I would definately suggest making sure you buy Grade8 bolts though.

you trying calling the Honda dealership to see if they know what size it is? or even to have them order them... I'm sure they're cheap as ****?

sorry, I know that doesn't help too much...

ill probably head over there tomorow if nobody can tell me what size i need. i dont like dealing with them though cuz theyre ignorant. afterall, they say its impossibly to fit a motor from an acura integra into a civic...lol

Yeah I understand what you are saying. I've had problems with my dealer as well. I guess they just tell you it won't work instead of telling you maybe because they don't want to be held responsible if you try it and it won't work. If you dealer can't handle some seat mount bolts I would search for a new dealer though.

why can't you take one out and bring it to a hardware store to match it up... unless both seats came with no bolts..

You need (6) #16's. They are 8x25mm. The head is 12mm.

You also need (2) #14's. They are 10x27mm. The head is 12mm.
