Default HOW DO I READ THE ECU seri#

i have got a seri# here it says 37820-P75-A04980-314895 on my ECU that i bought 2 months ago..
I haven't got time to check it yet.. and since I don't even know how to read it..
Can anyone here help me out..
i would like to know what yr, car and OBD is this thing running for.

hmm, p75 - LS motor i believe...

dunno about gen # tho.

Yup, P75 is a LS.

OBD1 will only have 2 rows of connector pins.

OBD2 will have 3 rows of connector pins.

Well, i have got another question now..
since from the site, i can tell the ECU i bought is a OBD 2 but i am actually need a OBD IIb (left 3 plugs used). What can i do with it? Are they gonna fit?

Btw, REASON: I have a 2000 teg just about to swap the GSR tranny in and convert from Auto to Manual.
