ok i installed greddy guages in his car. i used a parking light switched source wire found in one of the guage cluster plugs. worked perfect and then about 3 days later ALL parking lights went out. all front corners, all rear lights, and all guage cluster lights as well as the greddy lights. the headlights still work and the brake lights still work just not any of the parking lights. we checked all the fuses and they are all good and so are all the bulbs (cus we replaced those too) my question is what could it be besides the fuses or the bulbs? could the parking light relay have gone bad just coincidentally after i put in the guages or do you think i did somethin wrong with the install? thanks for any help given

As long as you're sure the fuses & bulbs are OK, all that's left is wires, the switch, & the grounds. Since the front & rear parking lights use different grounds, I'd vote for something upstream. Are you SURE the fuses are OK? Where did you make the connection for the gauges? Could that have come apart?

 

i havnt actually looked at his car yet i was just seeing if any of you had experienced anything like this. maybe the wire i tapped into split in half or something inside the t-tap. thanks for the help and i guess ill just have to run through the list of things to check
