I have a Casper's Electronics O2 simulator on my lower O2 sensor... however, I'm still tripping the CEL. Could this be a problem with the upper O2 sensor (as in, would the CEL code show the same for upper or lower O2) or shall I check my wiring for the 10th time?

 

What code(s) is it throwing?

 

Mr. AutoZone dork said that it's the code for the O2... number 2 (not primary), but I don't know if the primary would be considered the upper or lower sensor. Relatedly, my VTec will not kick in and the car is acting up - running way rich, and being a pain.

 

I would think the primary would be the upper sensor, but I've never heard it in upper/lower terms.
