Default What is the difference int-ext ITR valve springs

I have a set of 16, yellow, intake itr valve springs I'd like to use on my head.
I was told this is the setup to run along with portflow inners. My question is WHY?
Are the itr intake springs stiffer than the exh side springs?

I guess because the intake cam has higher lobe than the exhaust...but who knows for sure except Honda factory techs...

When doing so on a B16A you do it to upgrade the exahaust to dual valve springs which are also stiffer. The ITR already has dual valvesprings on both sides. The intake side just happens to be a bit "stiffer".
