1996 OBD2 Integra GSR motor. Approx. 30K miles on built motor. Nitrous never used on motor since build up. Motor machine work done by the MOST reputable Honda motor builder in CA. (Bensons) and assembled by VERY well known Honda tech (Manny Augusto). Motor pulled out of car in PERFECT running condition. (car was vandalized / totaled) Car ran consistent low 13 sec ¼ mile times on street tires with horrible 60 foot times because of major wheel spin.
BLOCK- B18 C1- Re-sleeved with Ductile Iron Sleeves with Copper O-rings- Micro-Polished and Balanced Crankshaft- 81mm 10.1 Compression JE Pistons with JE Ring Set- Crower Billet Connecting Rods- New Rod Bearings and New Main Bearings- Honed and Resurfaced Racing Block- B&M Oil Cooler with B&M 7 Quart Aluminum oil pan.-Modified oil pump.
HEAD- B18 C GSR DOHC VTEC Head- 5 Angle Valve Job- Stainless Steel Valves-New valve seals- Titanium Retainers- 14,000 RPM Valve Springs- ARP Head Studs and Bolts-Port and Polish job-Reamed and Honed head- STR Cam Gears- Port Matched Supercharger Plenum.
FORCED INDUCTION- Jackson Racing Supercharger Kit.- JR 3.8 Pulley Upgrade (8 to 10 PSI)- Jackson Racing Water Injection cooling system. Nitrous Express Direct Port Wet system with custom made fuel/nitrous rail into Supercharger Plenum. (not installed on motor) NX bottle warmer and bottle bag. Also includes all other Nitrous parts solenoids, steel braided lines.
TRANSMISSION- Quaife Limited Slip Differential- Clutch Masters Stage 4, 4 puk Race Clutch- Lightened Flywheel- B&M Short Shifter with Prothane shifter stabilizer Bushing set.
ELECTRICAL- Crane HI-6DSR Ignition System- Crane PS-92 External Race coil- Crane 11mm plug wires- NGK-V-power plugs. ALSO includes Engine harness and P72 GSR ECU.
FUEL- Jackson Racing in tank high flow fuel pump- Jackson Racing Boost Sensitive fuel pressure regulator- RC Engineering saturated 310CC injectors- STR fuel rail-
OTHER- Custom NX direct port system- AEM Cold Air intake- AEM tru-power pulley set- 4to1 ceramic headers.
Car makes around 255 WHP (300 flywheel HP) with current 10 lb pulley. With custom 15lb pulley the car makes about 285 WHP (335 flywheel HP) with no Nitrous. Motor is built to handle 100 HP shot of Nitrous on top of 15lbs of boost. (capable of 450 + HP)
