i have this same problem. it's from water/coolant burning in the cylinders. it's a result from a blown head gasket.

thats a blown head gasket...better get it fixed now before you warp that head and have to replace that too...and i wouldnt try pushing it at high rpm's either...not a good idea to make more heat if you know what i mean

Any suggestions on which head gasket to get??? or how much it would cost? What about doing it yourself, is it hard? Thanks for the help guys.

Water is in coolant, not like H20. You're supposed to have water dripping out of the exhaust tip, it's normal and it's the catilytic converter doing it's job.

Sometimes when you puff white smoke, it could be additives from your gas. Do a compression check/leakdown. Also check your oil/coolant level and plugs. Don't pull the head unless you are certain that the headgasket is blown. What mods do you have on your car? I have seen stock internaled type r's blow white smoke just becuase they have had their cat removed. White smoke usually does mean headgasket, but you will know its blown since the car will smoke at idle as well and put out a sweet smell.

It could maybe even be carbon deposits blowing off, but that is normally a darker dirtier colored smoke. Also, if you rev your car to the upper limits often, there won't be too much of that caked on gunk anyway.

well you'll know if its a headgasket cause your car should overheat when u push it..and like evil said...it should put out white smoke at idle...

When I idle there is no white smoke, only at high rpm. Like a puff of white smoke around 6k. Evil Gsr, here are my mod's:

RS Akimoto Short ram intake (Blitz filter)
DC Sports stainless steal headers
Aem Pullies
Accel 8.5 Wires
Ngk Plugs
Opak Exhaust with custom 2.50 straight through down pipe
SPI stage 3 clutch
Clutchmaster 9lb flywheel

Well i just bought a head gasket from the honda dealer for 70 bucks, If i have time i'll take apart the head and replace it, i'll take pics if my hands don't get too dirty...

If you are going to replace your headgasket make sure you get either acura or ARP head studs. DO NOT REUSE HEADSTUDS, they will not seal properly. If you use the acura ones torque them to acura specs. If you use the ARP ones torque them to ARP specs. Personally if you are going to pull the head you might as well port/polish and upgrade the valve train. If it was me, I would not pull the head unless I knew that the gasket was fucked.

its your oil rings not your headgasket... if it was your headgaskte you woudlnt be running so well. Have fun rebuilding your block, im doing it too.
