If you want to be exact, you're off by 2,000 miles. It's 4 years or 50,000 miles (NOT 48,000 miles). That's for cars in the U.S.

I never understood why Honda/Acura doesnt offer longer warranties on their cars. Hondas are well known for quality and reliability yet their warranties are 'eh, sub par'. I can get a peice of tin Hyundai with a 10 year/100k mile drivetrain warranty. Doesnt make seem like a smart move from Honda/Acura. Yes warranties are expensive to honor but not when the car is made well.
Theres a large demographic out there who doesnt care who makes their car as long as they dont have to worry about maintenance. These ppl wont buy Accords, Civics, and Oddesseys. Damn I should work for Honda.
