Ummm, I doubt it. I'd maybe buy .5 seconds on the top STS 88-91 Si's. The only cars that will benefit 1 sec or more are your more powerful, less competitive cars--like the Preludes and such.
If you're spinning the wheels when you floor a STS prepped 88-95 Civic with 205 tires and proper suspension on concrete, I'm checking for NOS bottles in the trunk.
At least STS and STX are more porperly aligned now, yet both are still kinda high IMO.
