ITR intake on h22

ITR intake on h22
ok i see that people put type r intakes on there h22a is this reason to get rid of the runners and if so would it be good to put a skunk 2 b series intake on a h22

Do you mean intakes or intake manifolds?
B-series intake manifolds don't fit on the H22a, not even close.
