Default 94-97 Accord Anti-Roll Bar

Anybody out there know the specs for the front anti-roll bar on a 94-97 Accord 4cyl? I need the outside and inside (hollow) dimensions for the bar...trying to compare some aftermarket ones.

Also, does anybody know what it would take to put the rear anti roll bar off an EX on an LX. I was considering doing this, but when I compared an EX to my LX it looks like the bushing mount bolt holes don't exist in my frame?! Any ideas?

Thanks

Stock Front Sway bar is 27mm and it's hollow,

i'm not sure about the rear.

The 94-97 LX models do not have a rear sway bar therefore does not have the mounting holes(some do, it's strange what came out of production). If you were to get a aftermarket sway bar, you'll need to drill holes for the endlinks.

Thanks for the info guys. I first started looking into this thinking that I could simply bolt on a rear EX bar and have an easy upgrade. Any suggestions for making accommodations in the sheet metal for bolts? I wouldn't think the sheet would be thick enough for 'self tapping' type bolts.

Also, anybody out there know the inner diameter of the hollow front bar?

i thought it was 25mm for front ex sway and 22mm for front lx sway. i'm hosting a gb for a seller on "honda-acura DOT net" under the Accord forum if you're interested. if you want a stock EX rear sway, hit me up. i can sell mine when i order my s/t rear sway.

Ok, I just made some measurements and here's what I found:

96 LX Front- 0.88", or 22.35mm
95 EX Front- 1.0", or 25.4mm

So jjj784, It looks like your 22mm for the LX and 25mm for the EX are right on.

go buy an aftermarket one. I did the EX upgrade and it was a pain. It was worth it though, made a very noticable difference.
