Default all wheel drive civic?

does anyone know if anyone's put a crv drive train under a civic to make a awd civic? have been thinking that it would be a good project but don't know if anyone's done it or have heard of it before?

It can be done, it has been done but don't expect it to be a bolt on procedure. It'll take some custom fabbing to fit everything up and you'll end up with a marginally OK setup

I think Honda Tuning magazine did an article on a 94-01 Integra with all wheel drive using CRV parts.

I heard the car was running and driving now. I am shure I saw a pretty extensive article on it in a magazine somewhere. Maybe not in Honda Tuning, maybe not the same car. Anyone else see it?

So do I, a 1990 Civic 4wd Wagon. Just installed a D16Y7 with 23K from a 00 DX and I'm in the process of making it the new winter car. I only paid $150 for it with a bad motor but pretty solid body and clean overall otherwise.

I found the magazine article, it is in the October Honda Tuniing. I could not find the article online, however in the magazine article they mount the CRV diff and trans into the Integra. The article is titled "All-wheel-drive Inegra, Pt.2". Hope this helps.
