how many whp is this good for with proper tuning and what to do next?

You do not need 550cc injectors for all motor. The most you will need will be 440cc.
I am assuming you have a h22a, so I am going to say you MIGHT hit 200whp. There are several limiting factors you have mentioned in your set-up, mainly the EMS. I would ditch the crower cams/valvetrain and DC header and run a full JUN valve-train if you want some nice top end power accompanied by a SMSP/Hytech header
You might want to look at a thinner headgasket also for a bit more power.

i think the cams may make aright power but the header is going to kill some you need a header with a 2.5 outlet
