I want to get some head work done. Get some toda Cams Or Spoon and valve train upgrade and a Good header. Any recommendations anyone that has experience..?
I got the motor at a very good deal I didn't want to spend another 3G just going 1.8

Good luck with it man and congrats on the motor.
12 Seconds on a B16B NA will not be an easy task. You will almost certainly need some serious bottom end work as well as some nice lumpy cams
I think if you sleeve it, larger bore, P & P and some nice cams and lots of tuning, you *may* hit very high 12's. Without bottom end work, I would say it will be hard to say the least.
Best of luck
Miguel

hmmm 12's are way possibble with probper tunning on the stock block i have a beesixteenie that i am running constant 13.1's at the local 1/4 mile track (carlsbad) and i figuered out messing with the suspension bettered my times just as much as meesing with the engine, so i cee 12's easy with a good chip or tunning not to mention some good slicks

In your first pic.
Inside of the head there are little marks inside. What would be the cause of this?
My swap looks like that in the head too.

But you have a 1.8... it's just disguised as a 1.6. The CTR motor is a DE-stroked 1.8. All you need is the b18c5 Crankshaft and PRESTO (at least this what I understand from my honda-tech research)

I see the green just slightly, and I see the valve springs on the exhaust side which are blue... I would say that's a ITR head aleast. Rob
