Alright, background info. Its a d16a6 turbo w/ a minor oil leak coming from too small of a fitting on the oil return line. Last night i knew i was running low(er) on oil cause i hadnt check it in 2 days and its a pretty constent leak, but not too large in volume. So i went ahead and added a quart. It drove fine for about 2 miles then i started to smell oil burning (which was probly coming form the fitting) and then my check engine light came on. All of a sudden a puff of smoke rolled out of my rear and smoke started to fill the cab of the car(im running a open manifold right now, so i figure it just came in through holes in the firewall). This last for apporx. 5 or 6 miles, when i reached my destination. Turned the car off came back a few hours later and it ran fine, no smoke, no burning, no check engine light. Im thinking i added too much oil? Anythoughts?

 

thats probably what is was thats what happened in my accord. i know the one time i added oil in the thing and it burned oil everywhere not as much as yours sounds but it was bad. i would say more than likely thats what happened
