P28 is for the vtec sohc obd-1. I say just buy a pm6 on ebay. Got one recently(pm6) for $70 shipped. Cheaper than the local yards Or talk to USDM 4G VTEC, hes got everything to complete this conversion.

I got a pm6 for 100 bux. DOH! I should have looked on ebay first. I recently got one on ebay for $70 shipped so I could modify it for custom chips. I am working on a rom right now for my d16z6. I think im pretty close to getting the fuel tables right. Next step: find some dyno time for cheeap
