A/F Reading Questions
I found some reading that I'm not sure it's normal or not while I installed my W/B O2 sensor.
While no loading(not moving) with throttle open, the A/F ratio is richer than the readings while the car with load(moving). Is it normal?
The difference is significant, so, what to clarify. Please help.

Thanks.
I got some problems with my ECU setting. My A/F readings is pretty lean while the car with loading and the readings without loading is around 13-14. Not sure it's the ECU programme issue that have wrong fuel map.

Could be anything but your loading vs not loading is not real clear. Do you mean at idle as not loaded? At Idle you should see around 14.7 or so. Not too critical as Dr C alluded to.
At WOT you should not be any leaner than 14.0:1 IMO. If you don't have a way to adjust fuel (VAFC, Hondata, PFC, AEM) then yes, your program could be a problem.
What Wideband do you have and are you sure it is calibrated propoerly and accurate.

Thanks for your advise, I found the major issue from my injector. My injector impedance is 16ohms and stock R or Prelude S injector should be 10-13ohms, am I correct?
If so, my program should be a problem and I'm getting in troubles.
