BUMP, I would like to know this as well. Once the rods have been raced on, pulled out, and installed in a new motor, can the same bolts be re-used, or are new ARP's necessary?

Depends which ones and if they have been over stretched or not.

The Crower CARR bolts are really good and can be re-used many times if properly torqued.

I hope so! The motor I am running has Crower rods (and bolts) that I have reused 3 or 4 times.

I don't use adhesive on the rod bolts. Torque them to spec and forget it.

Generally the Crower rod bolts can be reused if they were torqued properly the first time they were used. As long as there is no bolt stretch you should have no problem reusing them because they are a bigger diameter bolt then say the eagles. If you have eagles then you will need to replace the bolts. On the eagles the bolt diameter is smaller and tends to stretch very easily. You will not need to use any adhesive on the bolts, just use the ARP moly lube and you will be ok.
