I dont know of anyone who has snaped one yet if that tells you something, I have heard of people making over 400whp with turbo zc's (Not an easy task) but I have never heard of a crank breaking, honda makes real nice crankshafts (With the exception of the H22, I hear that one is a nightmare)

400+ whp with ease on a stock D crank, the stock rods, about 1/2 that.

Crower rods/SRP pistons and a well assembled motor.

The rest is tuning.

i have a d16a9 engine or ZC. Which parts to i need to upgrade to make big BHP or at least over 200 safely/reliably? how much do these parts roughly cost (not including labour as i'll probably fit them myself)
Thanks in advance

Yup you gotta send it to a machine shop to do it, you cant do it yourself. It usually goes for $700+.
