ack! why would you downgrade from a b18 to a b16, should have just swapped a gsr head onto that b18. i would really hate to think a perfectly good b18 went to waste

The B18 had 140K miles on it, if you would've read past posts. For a motor and tranny fresh with only 35K miles on it, I'd say it's a fair deal. He's got a fair list of mods there, and the body, although it has 140K miles, looks pretty clean nonetheless. I'd say it's a good trade.

It's only a downgrade if you leave it stock, and never get into high rpms. If this car is only meant to go from point A to point B, never exercised, then the B18A was a better engine...but a VTEC engine will always respond better to modication than a non-vtec.

And the gold fat fives with the Rio Red paint.

DA = 90-93 non vtec hatch
DB1 = 90-93 sedan
DB2 = 92-93 GSR

DA is just the vehicle code of the integ, second gen integ's are DA's, and 3rd are DC(2 door) DB(4 door), thats all dont worry, no flamin here.

What's all this talk about him downgrading from a B18? I don't see where he said his Civic had one.

whats wrong with the b16a in the DA? hell, its what many of the DA6 models had, with the xsi at the top.
the car is lighter than the gen3(especially since his is an RS), which is what the people, saying its a bad idea, have. the b16 isn't as much of a problem.

the car looks good except the wheels need a different color, maybe gunmetal or silver. and some 1-pieces would be nice. also, the DA6 front lip is no different than a DA9's. did he black out or get rid of the front signals?
