Default side swiped

ok, i got in an accident last night. Side swiped someone. so the whole passenger side of my car is messed up. Im wondering if the back quarter panel is replacable, or is the only way to fix it to pop the dents out and what not. cause theres a few dents and a lot of scratching.. Ill post up some pics later, cause my car is still at the impound right now.
and if anyone has a right fender for a 98 integ let me know and probably a front bumper.. just PM, thank you

if you both left the scene then how the **** did you get arrested?
did the cops contact the guy who hit you or u hit?
whos fault was it?
if you have full coverage ide pay your deduct and have them fix it. if it was his fault find his *** and get his insurance info so they have to pay for it.

o ya cops wont have to pay for the damage the dog did. my friend had a bunch weed in his seats and the dog ripped them to **** cops said it was his fault for hideing it there.

ok.. i went to pass this guy,, he swerved into me.. i left cause i didn't wanna deal with the insurance, and just fix the **** myself... the dude followed me and got my license plate #... he never tried to stop me or talk to me... the cops got called to my friends house cause i punched my car a few times, so they thought there was a fight... i got arrested for hit and run/dui.. wasn't drinking at the time of the accident,,, and i'd been at the house for like a hour before the cops got there... i have no idea what happened with the other car.... they let a drug dog jump around on my car,,, numerous scratches from it... i have like 10 witnesses that watched the whole thing.... i just need to know if i can get that panel fixed.. all i wanna know... someone has to know

i dont know about the panel bit i know that the dui wont hold up in corut. tell them the truth and tell them after you left you wint to your friends house and had a few beers to calm your nerves. they 100% have to prove you where drunk/drinking at the time you where driving.

if it was his fault why did he follow you? you screwed for the hit and run. but you need to somehow prove it was his fault.

ya ide figure fixing all that and paint will cost over 500$ and thats what your deduct is right? it might make the insurance rates go up alittle. ide just tell the insurance it was his fault and he did have insurance. or if it was really his fault get in contact and get his insurance info and make him pay for it. is he trying to blame it on you?

the cop even told me the DUI will probably get dropped.. cause i told them i started drinking when i got to my friends house, and they kept asking me that 20 times over and over, and kept getting the same answer...

as far as who's fault it is... i have no idea.. all i know, is the other car got my plate # and reported being hit and run... but yet he didn't stop at the scene either.... and they dont have my insurance info.. and the cops just told me it was some kid that just turned 16 and had his lil brother with him or something... but if he just got his license, he's not aloud to be out drving in the dark, cause of the new driving laws in washington...

Honestly man, you should have stopped, better to get an understanding that you both agree to let it go. But, as far as the kid goes you have a decent chance of fighting it cause he was 16, but as far as who is gonna pay judge might just let you guys pay for your own shiet as long as you state you both left the scene but getting him to pay I don't see it happening.

The quarter-panel is fixable, however it will never be the same. They will have to pull the dents out. Good luck though, it will probably cost your arm, leg and life. Don't forget you probably will need to re-paint your car too.

that is COMPLETELY fixable. the quarter panel might need to be replaced. ive seen worse. door can just be fixable and repainted. i say the whole 'treatment' will cost $3500+ with a good deal. but like they say, it'll never be the same.

They can fix the rear quarter, but I don't think it will be the same. See, the dents fall right over the body line and even when the pull it out the body line won't be perfect. Unless the guy has a very good eye, you will probably be able to tell it was worked with body fill.

You might be better off just getting a replacement rear quarter. It cost you a little more, but it will be well worth it. I think a rear quarter goes for 300+. Check your local junk yard or ebay for a used one.

you really screwed yourself over here. only way to fix all of those dents is to cut off the quarter panel, get a new one from a junkyard, and weld it on there. or you could just be a cheap *** and get a widebodykit
