Default Maintinance required wont turn off ?????

I cant get it to turn off i dont know where to look.
I unplugged my ecu and battery and still didn't cure this issue?

Also, I was wondering how to fix my car from reving to 3k when i am slowing down. It's really weird it just revs up until I stop completely and no I am not revving it up myself..

thanks,

There should be a blue button underneath your steering wheel. Turn the key so that only the battery is on, but not the motor. Hold the blue button until the light turns off.
