Default anyone ever try this crazy BS?

has anyone ever tryed this thing?
could it really work? ide figure the metal is heavy and would stay at the bottom of the oil pan.

it cant hurt can it? but if its so strong it might mess with the metal flow valve's operation. just a thought.

this is actually a good idea, but you can do it waay cheaper then what they want...just go to you local hardware store and ask for an Earth magnet. Get one that is just large enough to attach to your oil filter and viola! you have the same effect as this one advertised but for only about $5. I run the earth magnet on my frineds cars as well as mine, and works great. The tranny cases have them installed from the factory as well.

It's not BS they actually work. Do you think spoon magnetic oil drain plugs are BS too? Same idea except the magnet is on the oil filter. The metal filings are small enought to be carried in the oil.
