Default Fuel cell and inline pump question

i need a recommendation on what fuel pumps you guys would use on an 8 gallon fuel cell. i got a Walbro 255 intank for my car so i dropped the tank and its a big rust bucket. so i figured instead of getting a new tank and all the other stuff i would need to replace down there that i would just get a fuel cell. i'm going to get the 8 gallon cell that summit sells on their site. just the black plastic one. but i'm not sure which pump i should get. would the airtex or MSD pump work? i dont need my car to pass any racing regulations cause its just going to be driven on the street and for fun for now. its for a 90 Civic with a B16 that will never see a turbo. any help would be great. thanks guys

sorry if i posted this in the wrong forum but i figured u guys would know the best about this stuff

why not? its not a daily driver. just a weekend car. i would rather do the cell than buy a new gas tank, filler thing, and all the brackets and stuff

my lines have rust in them so i'm putting all new lines on all the way to the rail

the MSD pump works fine. That what I'm using on my CRX. If I had it to do over again, I think I'd use that use that new black braided hose. Much lighter than the steel braided.

well i went out and found a Holley fuel pump that flows 97GHP. which converts to 367lph against the Walbro 255lph in-tank pump. will this be a sufficient pump? will it pump too much? would the MSD be better?

that holley 97 gph isn't for fuel injected cars. you gotta watch out for that.

whats the difference? i thought they would be the same thing since they both push fuel to the rail and carbureutor. i'm not saying youre wrong. just trying to learn what the difference is

Carbs - low fuel pressure

EFI - high fuel pressure

I doubt a fuel cell would pass safety or emission inspection either.
