Do all the tires match? Has all the maint. been done & is 100% up to date? Was the owner an older married couple or a young dumb ****?
That's a bit high for Virginia....but then if it's been a garaged one-owner Creme Puff...that's within reason. Check for rust & get em' down to $5500.
At this point, the car is depreciating veeeeeerrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy, verrrrrryyyy slllloooowwwwwwllyyyyy (said like elmer fud). So if you drove it for 3-4 years + put on 60 miles, it would be within reason to call it's value still in the 4.2k range (keeping it cherry of course).
