Is this throttle body that I just bought an Itr tb?

thats a good question to ask BEFORE you buy something. why dont you measure it and see how big it is.

 

I did ask him. It measures 61.5 on the front and 58.5 on the back.

 

i think its a 1st gen B16 or LS tb

judging by that pic it looks to be a first gen b16 or b17 throttle body, you can tell because in the top right of the pic it looks like where the Pot looking thing goes

i guess i should have said, you should have measured it before you bought it. thats not an itr tbody

 

I bought it off here. What is the size of a jdm itr tb?

 

 

It is actually smaller than my sec gen b16.

But it measures to be 62mm in the front where the cold air intake attaches.

 

You should measure it on the other side.

 

are you measuring the OUTSIDE or INSIDE diameter of the TB? little bit of a difference there too

 

The inside diameter.

 

my second gen b16 is bigger than this tb.

 

SEARCHING helped me discover the ITR throttle body is 62mm.

 

NOT ITR TB.

measure where the throttle plate closes, should be 58 since it appears to be B16 TB.

you got oWnED ... it is a 91 ls Tb ... you should have bought from a reliable source not some dude off the board you should done a little more research....
