Default SLICK 50

Is slick 50 a good product for high mileage HONDA engines?

I've heard that too. What's the problems that it causes? I've used it before, then I quit when I started hearing 'it was bad'. But I never really knew WHY it was so bad, and it didn't seem to do any damage to my cars.

i think it's more a cost vs benefit issue. Slick50 is expensive $hit.

Also too, those displays they have in Kraagen (the little oil in the bearings that you turn) have little to do with real-world conditions...i.e. high temp, high pressure. If your motor oil base isn't doing the job, there are bigger issues going on.

You might as well add some Marvel Mystery Oil...

it can rust your engine from the inside out over time and todays oils have all the additives you need anyways.
