I got a very slightly used 4 bolt t3/t4 60-1, .63 A/R stg3 turbine wheel, .70 A/R (To4S) Compressor housing NEW!
360 deg thrust bearing
500miles on the turbo. It had a hifi (To4e) comp housing before, decided to swap the comp housing, Shipped it back to Cheapturbo to put in a t04s .70 A/R Comp housing. It has a New backplate/comp housing on it. Everything is checked out in perfect condition. $600 shipped

this was on a ls/vtec stock bore, with a 60 a/r comp housing (to4e). Now it has a to4s, I originally planned on just running it with the upgraded housing but decided to sell it.
