I just bought P08 ECU off EBAY...do you need an automatic or manual ECU? In any rate - contact this guy Paul, tell him that Nathan in AZ sent you...
He has a lot of ECU's and re-chips them with Mugen for better performance. You can probably get at least a P08 from him (thats all you really need) for under $100 shipped. Here is his email:

good luck!

I got a p08 off ebay for my d15b vtec, paid $62 shipped. The P08 has a more aggressive fuel and timing curve than the P28. But, you can get them from hyperducktuning already chipped if you want. I was worried that the guy sold me an auto ecu on ebay, but when I got it, it was a manual, you can tell by opening up the cover and there will be two resisters on the right hand side, side to side from one another, if it's like that then it's a manual, if there are four then it's a auto.

I just recently sold the 3 i had on ebay.... sold them for $50 each! lol...but they were auto ecu's. You need to get a manual one if you car is manual, because it will throw a code. You can also run a p28, either or....should work fine.

Its good to hear you got somthing out of them. T still haven gotten around to installing the P28, just too many other things braking.

use p08 if u can find one. cuss u wil be able to use the 1 wire o2 senser, with the p28 u need a 4 wire o2 senser, i have the same motor, obd1 harness, chipped (95 si) p28, 4800/8000 makes a good 8 wheel hp, over stock p28,,, good luck
no problemo, here's the site where I found the info http://pgmfi.org/resources/FAQ/identification.html (look for the P08 under the odb1 92-95 section)
I've had both ECU's, P08 and P28, with my D15b vtec and I can't tell the difference at all. Putting it on a dyno might show one has more HP then the other...but the "butt" dyno can't tell the difference.
