Default so many probs with zc

im throwing a code 43 in my zc. The cel comes on when ive been driving for a constant speed for a wile. The car also heitates around 3000 rpms when the engine is cold and the idle is terrible until the car gets up to temp. I have replaced the fuel pump(gsr),fuel filter, fuel pressure is good.It has new plugs, wires, cap, rotar and whole new dist.It also have a new o2 sensor. Im running the car off of a reprogramed dx ecu. its in a 5th gen by the way, but you guys n=know more about the motor.ive tried searching and found lots of results, but none helped. please help. im on my last straw with this thing

the reprogrammed dx ecu COULD be the problem. try a pm6 that should be pretty easy to find. i dont think code 43 exists

code 43 is fuel system on OBD1 car - do you have OBD1 ZC? you said in 5th gen, which is OBD1 - what is the ECU? OBD0 or OBD1? just trying to figure out what you have - makes it easier to help out

Is that the P08 ECU? Where did you get it chipped? A friend? A shop? Ebay? Have you tried any other ECU's? More info would be great.

well, we need a little recap..

Which Year ZC? 88-89 is OBD-0. 90-91 is obd-1

What car is this on? What ECU are you using.

Reason asking is because there's so many ZC out there. There's the JDM DOHC ZC, JDM SOHC ZC, USDM ZC from Integra which was stamped a D16

Um isn't the DX ecu a DPFI unit a PM5 I am sitting here looking at my old one as I speak. How do you reprogram a DX ecu that feeds two fuel injectors to work on a MPFI with four? that would take a whole lot more than just programming. Ok I just saw the ODB-1 thing but thought even the newer ones wee DPFI.(the DX)
