Ok, my girl just reciently got a 01 prelude, i dont think its the sh but it has the sh rims so who knows. I know nothing about this car so thats why i'm posting here. When she puts the car in reverse and then into drive there is a mechanical sound, it sounds like a motor or something. Maybe its adjusting, i dont freakin know. BTW, its an auto err manumatic or whatever u want to call it. If you have the car i'm sure u know what i'm talking about, i doubt its anything but i'd like to know what it is. What kind of motor sound?
where does it sound like it's coming from?

 

If its coming from what sounds to be the front end it could be the ABS pump. Mine can be noticeable at times. If it is the ABS it should only last a second or two.
