Default need your help buying rims

My friend is selling racing hart CP10's w/Yokohama Paradas for $450. But one of the rim is bent so i need to buy another one. Tires have 65-70% tread left.
Is that a good deal?
or I have option to buy 17" rims Konig Subzero Rota for $450. Tires have about 80% tread left (Nankang Tires).
Which will look good on my civic 00 and which is a good deal. I like both rims. So I need your help.

I use my car for daily drive.
But I don't want to make my car slower. Do you guys know how heavy are those rims?

You can get them fixed here..

They fixed my 5Zigen N1R Q.F's and I am 100% happy with the work.

How bent is bent?

I like the konigs better. But I don't know if you want to go with 17's in PA. I had 17's on my hatch and i bent three of them within a few months. I just got a set of 15's the car handles much better and looks a lot meaner. For wheel weights you can try this place.

I wouldn't buy either set. I'm not too fond of those cp10s and the subzeros aren't going to look all that great on your car (I have a set of silver 16" subzeros on my 98ex). Also either set is going to look funny until you lower your car.
