i use a koyo i dont know how well that compares to others but its 53 mm thick. dual core all aluminum. on skyline drive, i was just coasting down the hill and temp gauge went to right above the line for cold..... thermostat never really kicks in either unless its a hot day and i'm sitting in traffic. thats the only time the fans come on.

I did hear KOYO is bigger than Fluidyne...but I can' t find the applicatinon I want...most places have OEM replacements and can't tell me if its alluminum or not......it just says direct fit.....

Where could I get one at??

I think by meaning "direct-fit" it doesnt mean oem replacement but more so a unit that doesnt require custom mounting. it uses all stock mounts top and bottom. radiator hose location is in same place. even the fan bolts up. i think its a great radiator. i havent had any experience with the fluidyne and others, but i wouldnt mind sticking with the koyo. it should works just as well (imo)

i have one on my 2000 coupe, direct bolt on, no modification, fan goes on perfect, only thing i had to do was slightly enlarge the inner diameter of the rubber hoses that go on, other than that, more than enough cooling

plus extra cooling capacity that'd never hurt for a swap. and its still a little less expensive that fluidynes.
