So I bought a brand new core set, and had them custom ground to my setup.

I work on it, I love that car to death, but it's just not me. Cleaner, maybe a bit more exotic... then yes. But only 3 people ahve done the work on it, I just happen to be one of the three. And I do all the paint.

I didn't figure you swung that way. So do you have another car to drive when your Prelude is down?
The biggest reason my car is taking so long to turn into an all motor monster is that it's so inconvinient when it's in the shop. If I even had a beater to drive around I'd have my car in the shop getting massive engine work right now. I even considered buying another H22 and having that one rebuilt then dropped in, but that's kinda silly.

cause i'm maybe getting euro R cams later on thi automn..
as i wan to completly rebuild my engine ( myself )
and just tune it a little.. like pistons-cams-springs-retainers maybe ..
not more than that..
but i sstill need to figure out with way to go with the cams..

So, JG, of course you can't disclose your top secret cam lobe specs, but I'm wondering where you get them from?
Do you keep asking other mega all-motor H22 owners until they break down and tell you? Do you have a sophisicated computer prgram that can give you a theoretical calculation of H22 power based on duration and lift measurements and lobe contour? Do you just keep experimenting with different grinds? Or do you just pull them out of your butt?
