FS: Max-Rev B-series Turbo KIt
I'm selling my turbo kit because I went way too into debt and i need to pay school tuition, rent, utlities blah blah the whole deal
this is the Max-Rev kit (www.maxrev.com)
All components have 3-5,000 miles of max use on them, oil changes were done every 1,000 miles with castrol gtx 10-40
included is:
-MaxRev stainless steel manifold
-Tial 35mm wastegate, with .45 bar (6.5 psi) spring
- Dump tube (open dump)
- MaxRev 20x8.5x3 intercooler painted a light coat of flat black
- Garrett T3/T04E 57 trim, .60a/r comp, .63 a/r exhaust 4 bolt - zero shaft play
- MaxRev 2.5" downpipe, re-welded for strength because my friend's DP cracked in the same area (mine is crack-free
)
- 2.25" custom piping that would require some slight modifcations (bend some metal out of the way)
- MaxRev Blow off valve (already welded to intercooler piping)
NOT INCLUDED:
- I haven't decided which fittings or oil supply/drain lines to use or re-use, and you're better off just picking these items up new anyway (they're cheap) so you will have to buy fittings and lines.
I will have pics for serious buyers to show the piping and intercooler setup and the slight bending requires (no big deal)
this kit will directly bolt onto a bseries swap in an 92-95 civic, but if you have a different intake manifold than i do (LS) then you might have to mod the piping a little bit on the throttle body connection, otherwise, you should have no problem.
i had to do no modifcations to the block to fit the turbo
this kit got me an 11.9@ 118 and over 300 hp and 270 tq to the wheels at 12.5 psi...bone stock LS motor. So this is no garbage kit
