HELP ME!!!

ok.. first off. i don't own a regular old honda.. i own a cr-v.
i HAVE NO IDEA what to do about this or what would i call this?

PLEASE HELP ME. i highlighted the problem area.
i just noticed this today after i realized my car
was handling a little funny.
im assuming its the frame? or part of it? im not sure at all!

PLEASE HELP ME with whatever advice or suggestions u have! THANK U ALL!

Damn, I think he's right. I would stop driving the car asap and look into gettnig that welded up.

 

its time for jb weld. and i'd stop driving it you could mess it up even worse
than it already is. maybe its not good to lower CRV's, but good luck to ya.

I think this would definately NOT be a JB weld job. Take it somewhere and get it professionally done.

 

That is definatly not good. Stop driving the car if you can.

yep shock tower is ripping off the frame

i suspect the aftermarket suspension had something to do with it.

 

wow that looks bad did u check the other side to make sure its not doing the same thing? take that thing and have it welded

Well, drive easy with it and try to beat on it. Get that fixed asap so it does'nt get worse.

Oh..Danmm!! I never thought Honda has these kinds ofd problems!! Looks like you need to slow down on the corner if you lower you car.

put on ur stock shocks and take it to a honda dealer hehee have themweld that bitch up

u think its under warranty? i have stock shocks and springs right here.
my car has 97,000 miles and its gonna be 4 years old this may

 

i know hyundai has that 100,000 miles warranty.. too bad i do nt own a santa fe!

 

looks bad. but whoever you bring it to, make sure they do a good job.

btw: do you have a pic of your car from the side? i never seen a crv dropped

from this pic, it doesn't look like you have a whole lot of travel - most likely a result of being really low, looks like 3/4 down on the gc sleeve - have you been bouncing off the bumpstops lately? couple good whacks off the bumpstops would certainly cause that.

i would NOT bring that to a dealer, they will tell you to go blow - that should not happen under normal circumstances.

a good body shop may be able to help you, but it's too early to say.

the sleeve is ALL the way to the bottom... it can't go any lower(damnit).. i wish my car can ride lowered without problems like these...
