I know a guy with a LS that tried to put one in and cracked it off. It ripped right off and cracked the inside part wear he bolted it up too. I guess the car is not as stiff or something but I would do a little more reseach and see if it has happend to anyone else before you try it.

i dont think you have to drill holes... there are some there just not threaded. ( i tried putting my friends in my car but ran into that problem.)

In that case just pick up a tap and die set and you are all set.

Ill get the dimensions off the bolts for you later this evening...my damn calipers are gone

Do a search bro. Theres a thread in the integra forum w/ instructions and pictures. It even tells you what size bolts you need, what washers and nuts to use. i am going to use that thread when i put a itr trunk brace in my car.

not on a 1997 gs-r. (why specifically a 1997? because that's what i have, and that's what i drilled holes into.)

you have to drill holes. (why drill holes? because the holes for the brace did not exist. were there holes? yes. were they for the brace? no.)

can you bolt it to the child safety restraint holes? sure, if you want it to rip out and rip the restraint mount points off.

check the bretq page mentioned waaaay at the top of this thread. it has pictures and everthing.

well i went through all this only tolearn that the the ITR brace only fits stock on the itr, i dont want to be drilling to get this in, so its for sale if anyone needs it, bit scratched up cause i use it for a breaker bar every so often.
