Is this a good trade?

Im gonna trade someone my stock itr throttle body for their ctr header, do you think this is a good trade?

CTR header sells for 100 bucks... I don't know about the ITR TB

I wouldn't do it. A good itr throttle body goes for $250-275.

and yeah, ITR TBs, bare, go for 250+..

to me that doesnt sound like a bad trade, as long as the header is in good shape, if you are talkin about the JDM CTR/ITR 4-1 Header. If you guys can get them for a $100, WHERE AT??

CTR header and ITR header are not the same.

they're different headers. CTR header is 2 piece cast, the top piece looks like the stock US header, and the bottom piece has a 2.5" collector. it is 4-2-1

still not a good deal. The CTR manifold is simply not worth anything IMO coming from an ITR manifold. Hell the collector wont even match the stock cat so you'd have to replace that too. And the oil pressure gauge is likely the electronic 2-5/16" $50 unit.
