who's running KYB?? worth it???
is anyone running KYB gas shocks with a 2' drop??? are they worth the buy (because they are really cheap) or should i save up and buy some tokico's??? lemme kno......
general rule conserning shocks:
koni yellows > tokico illumina > kyb agx > tokico blue > kyb gr2
and yes yellows are definately worth it

i personally wouldn't buy the yellows b.c theyre a pain to adjust. i love the agx's. perfect for the money and they are 4/8 way adjustable for the accords. i have a set for sale if you are interested.
IMO, best shocks for the price and competition.

i just installed a set of agx's on my car a couple weeks ago, progress sport springs with a ~2" drop, i love them. at settings 1 and 2 (100%, and 110% stock stiffness, respectively) it's a nice, smooth ride, and at 3 (150% stock) you can definetely feel the difference in cornering.
not up to par with the koni yellows, but unless you are running really stiff race springs (400+ lbs.) the kyb's provide more than adequate dampening. very good deal for the money.

The AGX's warrantee is void with anything over 1.5 inch drop, that should tell you not use them for this specific question.
I agree though I here lots of great things about the AGXs on WRXs with less than 1.5 drops. GAB makes the STi components for subaru. So that says alot about quality to me.

right on...They aren't really for performance....I have them with my stock springs and it feels really soft!
